Smores, anyhow, I have a new bar-b-que grill and I have been making Smores on it.
The first ones were traditional

Consisting of:

Honey Graham Crackers
Jet Puff Marshmallows
Hershey Chocolate Bars

First of all the grill has a side cooker that is great for Roasting marshmallows over. I like to do this with Bamboo skewers because they are good for the environment. Then I place the burnt marshmallow on top of the chocolate which is on top of the Honey Graham Cracker. Then you smoosh another Honey Graham cracker on top of that and slowly pull out the Bamboo skewer. In a few seconds you eat it.

The next step is adding a layer of peanut butter underneath the chocolate.

Some ideas for the next frontier:
Habanero chocolate bars
Gourmet marshmallows
Cinnamon/Sugar Honey Grahams
add a cherry on top
Nutella
Spicy peanut butter
Irish butter
soak the whole thing in vodka and ignite it

One kvetch:
Hershey has ruined the chocolate bar with their current plastic one piece wrapper.
Couldn't they at least offer a more expensive version in the traditional package.
What would that cost? I'm guessing an extra $.10 per bar.

wrote this in my head a few minutes ago. Tired.

Starting the morning needs a beverage.
A Coke or a coffee, can't decide which, deliberated for a little while. Decided on coffee, but the pot was very low. Too tired to walk to Starbucks.

First before all of this, I thought about writing all of this. That was while I was walking to the bathroom. Once I got there I felt funny.
There is a big mirror in there. It reflected my appearance and I didn't look like I felt.
I feel like I should be wearing two day old jeans and a unwashed t-shirt.

I stayed up all night.
My Chuy was sick last night. He kept throwing up. Laura is taking him to the doctor this morning. I hope he will be better soon.
I rented a car this morning, after I dropped my Jeep off at the shop.
This Coke is really good. I think it is working.

Debit card transcation machines are weird. Some require you to use a pen, some a combination of pen entry plus dedicated keyboard entry. I find it so unwieldly. I am usually standing their at the counter with my Boones farm and rolling papers, and the new teen people trying to get out of the store and I am balancing an open wallet, a debit card, a plastic writing implement, and a touch screen display, all while answering a set of bewildering questions concerning donating money to some cause or do I want cash back and how much. Oi! At least you don't get the old credit or debit question as much as you used too. The right answer by the way would be credit if given a choice as it only increasing your rights as a customer while Debit just takes your money and runs. Although that being said you don't want them to think you are using credit as that is kinda sad. Like when you say some person at the grocery store using credit and you think they are too poor to be shopping for groceries, but then you realize that it is only cause your shopping at Central market and the four apples they are buying are $25. I think Central Market should have a special credit card for their preferred shoppers. It could be called the, " I just don't give a shit" card. So when you place your $4 can of botchulism brand Kombucha juice, you can quickly flip them your IDGAS card. That beind said food from Central market is usually really good.
